during the time when I was being treated by you I felt very comfortable. I was always greeted in a very warm and friendly way in the practice. Dr. Jekelfalussy and her team were always very cheerful and sincere. The treatment rooms were very lovely and beautiful, so you could I felt very comfortable. When I came in autumn 2006 to Dr. Jekelfalussy while searching for an orthodontist, I found a real godsend. They really mean their motto: "Orthodontics with heart". Right from day one I felt like I was in good hands. First I got for half a year, a loose braces, then for one more year and a half braces. I could come at any time if the clasp caused me problems such as bruising, loosened brackets or wires and so on, a quick call and my problem was solved. A little anecdote: When I got my braces out, I got a lingual. When this broke on one side, I simply called the practice and described my problem. Despite the late time I was able to get into the practice and the problem was immediately optimally solved.

My treatment has now been completed with great success. On the one hand, I should be happy but then I also miss something.
I've always felt very comfortable in Dr. Jekelfalussy’s practice; it is like a small family to me. Friendliness, cheerfulness, and flexibility are evident.
